Information for Guests Staying

Dogs:

Dogs on request: €15 per day, without food

Car Park:

FREE covered parking space

Arrival & Departure/Hotel rooms:

Arrival: Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m.
Departure: We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on your departure day.

Arrival & Departure/Apartment house:

Arrival: Apartments are available from 3:00 p.m.
Departure: We ask you to vacate your apartment by 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Conditions:

In general the AGBH (Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions) apply at our establishment.
That means:

• You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 weeks prior to arrival.
• From 3 weeks to 1 week prior arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking cost.
• When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will charge 90% of the cost your booking
  
• Late arrivals or early departures will also be charged the full daily rate as booked.

European Travel Insurance:

No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday! Prepare of any such event by taking our hotel cancellation plus policy now. The insurance premium is related to the total booking arrangement. If you wire this amount to us at the time of making your down payment, your insurance contract automatically comes into existence. You will find details of the benefits ONLINE.
